It is available for web viewing by clicking on the "references" link below. Alternatively, it is available as a raw file in bibtex format by clicking on the bibtex link. In the latter mode you can use it to create your own bibliographies for more specialized projects. I would like to emphasize that an efficient way to add to such bibliographies is to exploit the features of the CIS (Current Index to Statistics) web service provided by the department of statistics at the link indicated by CIS.
